- The Federal Aviation Administration is conducting a Market Survey for the Hazardous Waste Disposal Services at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, Oklahoma City, OK to identify interested and capable sources that can provide all the elements of the attachment Statement of Work (SOW). The FAA will review the responses to the Market Survey and will make appropriate acquisition planning decisions that best meet the FAAs needs. The results of the Market Survey will assist the FAA to determine the extent of the requirement that may be set-aside for small businesses, socially and economically disadvantaged small business [8(a)] and Service disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. All interested parties are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or any administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received from industry in response to this Market Survey/Request for Information. Therefore, any costs associated with Market Survey/Request for Information submissions will be solely at the interested party's expense. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal. The FAA is not seeking or accepting proposals at this time. Background and Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide labor, materials and services needed to dispose of hazardous and industrial waste materials generated at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) and associated leased facilities within 60 miles of MMAC. The contractor shall provide labor and materials for performance of hazardous material management projects and emergency response activities (may include cleanup of blood or other potentially infectious materials (OPIM)) at MMAC and the associated leased facilities on an as-needed basis. Work shall be performed in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. The contractor will be part of the MMAC�s RCRA Subtitle C �cradle to grave� programs. The potential contractor is part of the forward looking MMAC mission of safeguards, cleanup and facilitating long-term stewardship. Response to this Market Survey: Any information provided under this market survey is for informational purposes only and will not be released. Any proprietary information submitted will be protected if appropriately marked. No evaluation of vendors will occur and vendor participation in any informational session is not a promise of future business with the FAA. Responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only. All responses (one response per company) are to be provided on company letterhead. No type font less than 12-point may be used. Responses must be received by 3:00 P.M., Central Time on February 3, 2025. Market survey responses received after the time and date specified will be determined to be late and may not be considered. Capability Statement: Qualified vendors are invited to submit documentation evidencing the possession of the following capabilities: 1. Company Information � Name and address of company � Point of contact (name, title, telephone number, and email address) � Contractor Size � NAICS Codes � Capability Statement with detailed narrative that fully outlines and describes size and type of services provided by previous contracts (elaborate and provide detailed information and past performance) that will meet all the requirements as outlined in the SOW, provide supporting information which fully supports its capability.*Number of years in business. 2. Potential Partnership Agreements 3. Current Contracts (I.E. GSA Schedules; eFAST MOA; Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) etc. currently in place or that will be placed) Respondents must be active in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov).
