- 1. This Request for Quote (RFQ) W912CH-25-Q-0003, will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order for the procurement of the following: Noun: INVERTER POWER STAT NSN: 6130-01-613-7267 Part Number: 153003021H Quantity: 4 EA (100% option available) 2. There is no Technical Data Package (TDP) associated with this procurement. Only the Manufacturers Part Number is approved. Manufacturers Part Number: 153003021H Manufacturer CAGE: 6GSH0/1K1F3 Fischer Panda Generators 3. Packaging requirements are in accordance with Section D - PACKAGING AND MARKING, D.001 PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS (SPECIFICATIONS/STANDARDS) 4. The contractor is authorized to ship deliveries early at no additional cost to the Government. 5. Interested Offerors shall submit a proposal via email to the Contract Specialist (lyndsey.m.pena.civ@army.mil) and cc the corresponding Contract Officer (katherine.e.macfarland.civ@army.mil) with the subject header: Proposal Submission - W912CH-25-Q-0003 (company name). Once a proposal is received, the Contract Specialist/Contracting Officer will reply with the respective Offeror stating receipt of proposal submission. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a mailing list. The burden is therefore on any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the proposal.
