5995-016592956; 2BF BOMB EJECTOR RACKS ARMANMENT DIVISION; FMF AIRCRAFT, B-2 BOMBER (ATB) The Small Business Set-Aside solicitation will be issued under PR number 1000196791 to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). NAICS 335931 NSN: 5995-016592956, CABLE ASSEMBLY, SPECIAL PURPOSE; Critical Item; Export Control; Government First Article Testing (FAT) Approved Sources: N/A Required delivery: 185 Days without FAT Stock delivery locations will be to any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD): 74 each The Guaranteed Minimum will be cited in the solicitation. There will be a 5-year base period without an option. FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance Origin for DLA Direct. EXPORT-CONTROL APPLIES AND DISTRIBUTION OF THE TECHNICAL DATA AND ELIGIBILITY FOR AWARD ARE LIMITED TO THOSE SUPPLIERS QUALIFIED THROUGH JCP CERTIFICATION, OR TO THOSE LICENSED BY EITHER THE DEPARTMENTS OF STATE OR COMMERCE; OR TO FOREIGN SUPPLIERS PURSUANT TO INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENTS. ""Item cited requires data which is restricted to contractors certified by DoD to access unclassified data per DoD 5220.22M. Certification is obtained by submitting DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, to the Defense Logistics Information Services."" This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Solicitation scheduled release date is tentatively 15 Jan 2025. Electronic (DIBBS) Proposals are to be submitted in accordance with FAR 15.208 and notify/cc the Acquisition Specialist.
