- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation� for� commercial products� or� commercial services� prepared in accordance with the format in� subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only� solicitation; proposals are being requested. Solicitation number 36C26225Q0257 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) in conjunction with FAR Part 13 and constitutes the only solicitation. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract with Fixed Quantity w/ option to increase quantity. This solicitation intends to award this procurement to a Small Business associated with NAICS Code 311991 (Small Business Size Standard: 700 Employees). Vendor must be registered and remain active as a vendor in SAM.gov to be awarded. All small businesses that can meet the requirements illustrated in SOW/Salient Characteristics are welcome to participate in this open market competition (small business set-aside). The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 22 is looking for a contractor to provide list of fresh produce for Greater Los Angeles VA Healthcare System. The potential contractor must be able to supply ALL items required & listed, otherwise it will be considered non-responsive. Offeror must demonstrate meeting the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristic specified in this solicitation, otherwise it will be considered non-responsive. The interested parties bear full responsibility to ensure their submission demonstrates to the government that they can provide the fresh produce being requested or equal For Equal to equipment, please submit a capabilities statement illustrating how your organization can meet the list of DRAFT/SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS/SOW requirements. For instances where your company can meet the DRAFT/SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS/SOW requirement(s), please show how your company meets/exceeds each requirement (line by line comparison preferred).
