Description

The United States Air Force intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order to a single source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) on or about January 16, 2025 to: ADB SAFEGATE AMERICAS LLC 700 Science BLVD Gahanna, Ohio 43230 Cage Code: 5ED70 Unique Entity ID: K6QLEQBN38L9 CLIN 0001 - Airfield Lighting Control System Repair (1 EA) This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, or quotation which shall be considered by the Government. The Government will consider responses received by the deadline set in this notice. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a full and open competitive procurement or a small business set aside competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information, or quotes, received in response to this announcement. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238210, with a small business size standard of $19 million. A determination not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
