Description

The Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at Fort Bliss has a requirement for continuity of services for Solid Waste Management - Reycyling collection and disposal. Services include the collection, transportation, and disposal of all refuse generated at Fort Bliss. including but not limited to collection in Single Soldier housing, food generating/service facilities, childcare facilities, administrative offices, education facilities, medical facilities,Biggs Army Airfield, vehicle and equipment maintenance facilities, operational areas (including ranges). The proposed contract type is firm fixed price (FFP) with a base plus four (4) option years duration that includes a 30-day phase-in/transition period. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities and transportation required to perform the services as detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor will require front end loaders trucks to service the dumpsters, weight scales, and installation of required route verification/Fleet management system.
