Presolicitation Notice/Advertisement GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Louisiana City: Gretna Delineated Area: North: Burnmaster St. to Marr Ave. to Anson St. to Buhrman hwy. East: Behrman hwy. to Lapalco Blvd. to Marlene dr. South: Fairfield Ave. to Adee ln. to Fairfield Ave. to Belle Chasse Hwy to Gretna Blvd. to Creagan Ave. to Oak ln. to Bob Cardon ln. West: Claire Ave. to Derbigny Ave. to 1st St. to Weidman St. to Jefferson St. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 13,393 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 13,450 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 94 Parking Spaces (Surface): 94 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: -Columns must be at least 20 feet apart (center to center) and 20 feet from any interior wall and be no more than one foot square. -Proximity within one-quarter mile walking distance to 94 parking spaces available for use for periods of over two hours by building occupants, visitors or the general public during the business day (7:00 am � 6:00 pm), Monday through Friday (excluding 10/2023 holidays). Parking spaces may be on site, on street or in commercial lots. A � mile walking distance is defined as a walkable/wheelchair accessible path to an accessible entrance, where sidewalks and appropriate crosswalks and cross signals are present. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ). The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in [City, State], that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
