- THIS IS A MARKET RESEARCH/SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE SEEKING INFORMATION ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION/REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. THIS SHOULD NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT TO ISSUE A SOLICITATION OR ULTIMATELY AWARD A CONTRACT, NOR DOES IT RESTRICT THE GOVERNMENT TO A PARTICULAR ACQUISITION APPROACH OR OTHERWISE REIMBURSE RESPONDENTS FOR ANY COSTS INCURRED IN PREPARATION OF A RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE. 354 CONS is seeking sources for a potenital upcoming requirement for the erection of temporary scaffolding on Eielson AFB, Alaska. Vendors with the capability to provide this service--including ongoing continuous inspection and eventual teardown--on Eielson AFB should review the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and offer any feedback regarding suitability for the area or other relevant suggestions.
