- Description
- This is a sources-sought notice to determine market conditions for establishing a non-personal services contract to provide operation and maintenance (M&S) for Roofing at Fort Cavazos. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services, herein. Contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall provide required preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) services in compliance with all code; criteria; regulations; and Federal, State, and local laws. All work shall be performed at Fort Cavazos, Texas which consists of the Main Cantonment, West Fort Cavazos, and all areas under the control of the Fort Cavazos Installation or considered Installation Real Property. Fort Cavazos is located near Killeen, Texas and consists of approximately 218,823 acres and 5838 buildings. For this requirement, 1728 buildings will require roofing maintenance and services. The approximate square footage of each building will range between 100 and 450,000 square feet. ***INTERESTED VENDORS SHOULD RETURN THE ATTACHED QUESTIONAIRE TO LISA WINCE AT THE EMAIL ADDRESS PROVIDED***
