- Synopsis: Title: NSN 5130-013630964, WRENCH,IMPACT,ELECT, WSDC: 36A NAICS code: 444210 Notice ID: SPE4A725R0225 Federal Organization: SPE4A7 This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract. NSN NSN 5130-013630964, WRENCH,IMPACT,ELECT Quantity: 828 each Delivery days after receipt of order: 248 days Inspection & Acceptance at Source / FOB Origin Critical Application Item Approved sources: If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $750,000 a subcontracting plan will be required with the offer. Certified cost and pricing data is required for proposals over $2,000,000.00. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). SAM registration is at https://www.sam.gov. Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for an award. If time does not permit evaluation of SAR packages, the alternate offer will not be reviewed for this procurement but, if approved, will be considered for future procurements. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS).
