Description
RLP Amendment 1 issued to incorporate the conceptual floor plan into Exhibit C, Agency Specific Requirements. There was no change to the initial offer due date. RLP Amendment 2 issued to: 1. Revise and replace the RLP Procurement Summary Occupancy (Estimated) date to reflect on or before December 2025. 2. Extend the initial offer due date to January 10, 2025 by 4:30 pm ET. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space: State: MI City: Detroit Delineated Area: N: Clairmount Ave to Owen Street E: Chrysler Drive to E. Grand Blvd to McDougall to Gratiot and McDougall Gratiot Ave M-3 S: Gratiot Ave M3 to Rivard Street to Brewery Park to E. Fisher Service Drive to Chrysler Drive to E. Canfield continue to W. Canfield Street to Cass Ave to West Forest Ave to John C. Lodge FW W: M-10 Lodge Fwy to W. Canfield Street. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,882 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,976 Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF): 2,258 Space Type: Office and Related Space Reserved Parking Spaces (Total): 2 for GOVs (Preferably located at the leased Premises) 3 for Customers (Preferably located at the leased Premises) Non-Reserved Parking Spaces (Total): 6 for Employees (Either at the premises or no more than one quarter (1/4) mile from the leased premises.) Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: 2 (two)-5 (five) year Lease Renewal (Option) Additional Requirements: -The Government wishes to lease space in an existing building. -First floor, contiguous space is required that meets accessibility requirements. -The space offered, its location, and its surroundings must be compatible with the Government�s intended use with close proximity to the Eastern Market (no more than 2-3 miles away). - Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. - A fully serviced lease is required. -Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. Initial Offer due Date: Tuesday, December 3, 2024 Lease Award Date (Estimated): Friday, December 13, 2024 Attached is the Request for Lease Proposal 57-26163-22-FA-RLP for leasehold interest in general-purpose and special purpose office and related space in Detroit, Wayne County, Michigan. The RLP contains all leasing requirements and specifications. All offers must be submitted not later than the due date and time established in the RLP. Any offers received beyond this date are subject to rejection. Unsolicited offer must confirm if they are within the delineated Area of Performance and not within a floodplain. The USDA reserves the right to reject any unsolicited offer.
