- Description: PICATINNY ARSENAL - G2 Small Arms Range U.S. Army Garrison Picatinny (USAG Picatinny), Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000 is seeking preliminary marketing information, from capable and reliable sources to gain knowledge of potential qualified business sources to meet the requirement to return the G2 Small Arms Range to an operational status. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) classified for this effort is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. Product Service Code: Z2JZ - Repair or Alteration of Miscellaneous Buildings. The small business size standard is $35 million. Sources must be registered and certified with the System for Award Management (SAM) http://www.sam.gov . A construction contract is anticipated for demolition, repairs, testing and commissioning, and training for the small arms range located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ. The Army Contracting Command New Jersey (ACC-NJ) anticipates a construction contract, for the above requirements, in compliance with but not limited to, the below mandatory and advisory criteria (latest edition): UFC 1-201-02 Assessment of Existing Facilities for Use in Military Operations UFC 4-179-02 Small Arms Ranges Interested parties shall provide a brief summary of their capabilities to include company information and responses to the below questions. A site visit may also be requested by contacting Fernando Bocaletti; fernando.j.bocaletti.civ@army.mil (a) name of Company-include contact person's name, company address, telephone numbers (voice and fax), and e-mail address. (b) Company's CAGE Code, DUNS number, name, address, point of contact, phone number and email address. How many simultaneous construction projects have you done per year over the past 3 years? Provide experience, within the last 3 years, for successfully completed gun range projects. How many of the above projects were done as a prime contractor? How many as a subcontractor? What is the average number of construction projects you have done per year over the past 3 years? What is your total performance and payment bonding capacity over the past 3 years? What is your average past performance rating for construction projects performed in the past 3 years? If applicable, please provide your firms SBA Program Entrance and Exit Dates.
