- Description
- The US Department of State is issuing a corrective action based upon the Agency Protest submitted on November 26, 2024. This amendment also clarifies that Purchase of Engine (CLINs 011, 26, 41 and 56) is for a Factory New Engine. 4. This amendment also requires offerors to provide supporting rational on how their proposed technical approach will comply with FAR 52.219-4 Limitations on Subcontracting. Revised proposals are due on or before December 18, 2024.
