Combined Synopsis-Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services Ann Arbor VA Medical Center Omnicell WIN 10 Upgrade Page 5 of 5 Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-01 effective November 12, 2024. This solicitation is not set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112 Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1000 Employees. The Federal Supply Code (FSC) is 6515 Medical and Surgical Instruments, Equipment, and Supplies The Department of Veterans Affairs, Regional Procurement Office Central, Network Contracting Office 10, 5500 Armstrong Road, Battle Creek, MI 49037 is seeking to purchase Omnicell WIN 10 upgrade in accordance with the statement of work for the Ann Arbor VA Medical Center located at 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105. All interested and qualified companies shall provide quotations for the following. All proposed products must be an exact match. This is a brand name only procurement- see attached justification.
