- Description
- The HSR BPM Cryo-Cable Assemblies (Cable Assemblies hereafter) will be procured by BSA for installation in the Hadron Storage Ring of the EIC. The Cable Assemblies will be a part of the HSR cryostat insulating vacuum envelope and will be used to carry radio frequency electrical signals from the interior vacuum region of the storage ring through the cryostat insulating vacuum. Amendment No. 1 to Request for Proposal 438478 shall be incorporated into and become part of this solicitation by reference (See Attached Amendment No. 1). Amendment No. 2 to Request for Proposal 438478 shall be incorporated into and become part of this solicitation by reference (See Attached Amendment No. 2). Amendment No. 3 to Request for Proposal 438478 shall be incorporated into and become part of this solcitation by reference. It includes an updated Drawing, Clarification Questions and Answers, and extension of the proposal due date to July 8, 2024, 4:00PM EST. Amendment No. 4 to Request for Proposal 438478 shall be incorporated into and become part of this solicitation by reference. It includes clarification questions and answers. (See Attached Amendment No. 4). Amendment No. 5 to Request for Proposal 438478 shall be incorporated into and become part of this solicitation by reference. It includes clarification question and answer. (See Attached Amendment No. 5). Amendment No. 6 to Request for Proposal 438478 shall extend the proposal due date through July 12, 2024, 4:00PM EST. (See Attached Amendment No. 6). Amendment No. 7 to Request for Proposal 438478 shall extend the proposal due date through December 18, 2024, 5:00PM EST. and revise the SOW, Technical Specification, and Drawings (See Attached Amendment No. 7). Amendment No. 8 to Request for Proposal 438478 shall extend the proposal due date through January 31, 2025, 5:00PM EST. and incorporate clarification question and answer.
