- ** Amendment 0003 is to reflect the extended response date listed in amendment 0002.**Amendment 0002 makes changes to section 00 22 00 and extends the due date. **Amendment 0001 purpose is to add secondary POC information and to edit the response date in SAM.gov to reflect what is written in solicitation. The solicitation due date is 09 December 2024 at 1000 AM PST.** This Design-Build Solicitation RFP (Request for Proposal) for repairs to the 0.5 million gallon per day (MGD) Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) at the Tracy Defense Distribution Depot, San Joaquin (DDJC) at 25600 S. Chrisman Rd., Tracy, CA 95304. The existing WWTP is currently operational but in need of repairs due to aging equipment and infrastructure. It should be noted that the existing WWTP is operational, and the plant should remain operational during construction of repairs. The Design-Builder (D-B) shall evaluate and determine phasing requirements necessary to allow the WWTP to remain operational during construction. The D-B will prepare technical requirements, cost estimates, technical specifications (Design Requirements, Design After Award), and design drawings to complete the scope of work. Design and construct the renovation of the DDJC wastewater treatment plant, state of California, in accordance with the criteria contained herein and using industry standard materials and efficient practices. The objective of this contract is to design and construct the required facility as described in this document, and to meet the operational requirements of the Army. Provide labor, equipment, and material to perform the design and construct the complete, operational facility.
