- Description
- Fort Meade MEDDAC is seeking contractor support to facilitate an offsite event aimed at restructuring and optimizing the organizational model to address a budget shortfall. Through the efforts of the offsite contractor�s facilitation and analyses providing restructuring recommendations and option offering not only an immediate cost savings solution, but recommendations and options that are sustainable over a five year period. The target audience for the offsite includes all subordinate command teams, deputies, and selected staff from our 18 subordinate units. The primary goal is to transition to a hub and spoke model to reduce administrative positions from the current 38% to 25-30%.
