SOURCES SOUGHT: THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUOTATION BUT INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY! This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The US Air Force Academy anticipates a requirement that is being considered under a small business set-aside program. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed is 541990, all Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services. The size standard for NAICS 541990 is $19.5 million. The PSC Code is R499, Support � Professional:Other. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is FA7000-25-Q-0017 and shall be used to reference any written responses to this source sought. The requirement is to provide Advisory and Assistance services in support of the Center for Character and Leadship Development (CCLD). CCLD requires support in Assessment Analysis, Institutional Events Support, Experiential Based Learning Facilitation, Professional Development and Strategic Communication. The mission of the Center for Character and Leadership Development is �To serve the U.S Air Force Academy by advancing the development of Leaders of Character for our nation.� These words encompass the broad range of activities for which the CCLD is responsible, with a singular focus of advancing character and leadership development. The Academy�s strategic goal #1 is to develop leaders of character in service to our nation. The CCLD is the primary integrator of character and leadership development for the Academy. A draft Performance Work Statement is attached. Services are currently being provided under contract FA7000-21-C-0033. We are interested in any size business that is capable of meeting this requirement. Market research is being conducted to determine interest, capability, and socio-economic category of potential sources for the requirement. The government requests interested parties submit a brief description of their company's business size (i.e. annual revenues and employee size), business status (i.e., 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zone, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, HUBZone small business, woman-owned small business, veteran-owned small business, or small business) anticipated teaming arrangements, and a description of similar services offered to the Government and to commercial customers. Services Capabilities Package. All interested firms should submit a capabilities package that outlines the firm�s capabilities in providing the required services. Contractor is required to provide all management and labor required for the operation and management of the required services. Company name, address, point of contact, telephone number, email address, CAGE code and UIE Representation/Certification of small business socio-economic status (if applicable) Comments or questions on the attached PWS List of any Government Wide Acquisition Vehicles (GSA IDIQs, OASIS, etc) Examples of prior services provided of a similar nature The capabilities package should be brief and concise, yet clearly demonstrate an ability to meet the stated requirements. Recent, relevant experience in all areas should be provided. The response should not exceed 5 pages.
