Description

19 NL 8025 R 0001 - Vehicle Fleet Insurance 2025 The U.S. Department of State intends to issue a solicitation for third party liability insurance coverage, legal expenses insurance (Rechtsbijstand-verzekering) and management of the related services for all the U.S. Government owned official vehicles located in the U.S. Mission in The Netherlands. Currently there are approximately 70 vehicles (this number is subject to change). Anticipated Contract Type: The anticipated contract type will be Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), with room for economic adjustment between the Base year and Option year. Duration:- Base Year: February 1st, 2025 through December 31st, 2025 (11 months) Option Year: January 1st, 2026 through December 31st, 2026 Important Dates: Release Date of Solicitation: December 24th, 2024 Response Deadline: January 13th, 2025 This pre-solicitation notice is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or a commitment by the U.S. Department of State.
