- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in Subpart 12.6- Streamline Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Item. This solicitation is issued under authority of FAR 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, and the conduct of the procurement will be in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13 or some combination thereof. The solicitation number is 36C25625Q0231_1 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The proposed contract action is for Window Washing Services for Southeast Louisiana Veterans Healthcare System located at 2400 Canal Street, New Orleans LA for which the Government intends to solicit competitive quotes. Interested persons may submit quotes, and all eligible quotes must be received prior to the response date listed on Contract Opportunities to be considered by the Government. This solicitation is 100% SDVOSB set-aside. Applicable NAICS: 561720 Janitorial Services This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2024-06 (eff.08/29/2024). Only emailed requests received directly from the requester will be accepted. RESPONSES ARE DUE Friday, January 6, 2025, by 10:00 AM Central Standard Time (CST). Quotes are due electronically to primary tiffany.conner@va.gov no later than the response date listed on Contract Opportunities. Only electronic quotes will be considered. Phone calls will not be accepted, all questions and or concerns after site visit must be submitted via email to tiffany.conner@va.gov and kimberly.anderson6@va.gov NLT 11:00 AM Central Standard Time (CST) on December 18, 2024. A site visit is scheduled for December 10, 2024, at 10:00 AM CST at the location listed below. Contractors wishing to view the buildings that are identified for sample pricing are encouraged to attend this site visit. However, attendance is not mandatory, nonattendance may impact your ability to provide an adequate response. This responsibility is on the Contractor. Confirmations are required to be provided to both Contracting POCs and COR at least 24 hours prior to the site visit schedule. SITE VISIT INFORMATION: Meeting location for the site visit is: Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System 2400 Canal Street New Orleans, LA. 70119 ***All contractors attending the site visit will be required to park in the patient/visitor garage. Confirmation is required, Security requires a 24-hour notice of the name of the company attending***. Address to the patient/visitor parking garage is as follows: Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System 321 South Galvez Street New Orleans, LA 70119 ***This will bring you directly to the patient/visitor garage. Contractors will need to park on the 5th floor and come down to the 1st floor lobby. Mr. Mr. Vernon Haynes (COR) will be waiting in the Lobby near the information desk @10am December 10th. After everyone arrives, all contractors will be escorted to the (location where the meeting will be held first for Site Visit Meeting and then will be escorted to the location of the required services. ***� �
