- SOURCES SOUGHT: This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. The National Park Service is conducting a MARKET SURVEY to determine the interest and capability of any firm eligible to compete in full and open competition under NAICS code 238220 with a Small Business Size Standard $19 M for an upcoming requirement for the History Museum and Locomotive Shop of Steamtown National Historic Site in Scranton, PA. ******* Project Description: Work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary for the rehabilitation of the hot water and air system serving the History Museum (South Exhibit Building) and the hot water system at the Locomotive shop at Steamtown National Historic Site. This project will replace the boilers, vents, piping, and propane tanks (for History Museum). New hot water pumps will be provided along with some modifications to the hot water systems. Distribution systems within building will be retained. A new air-handling unit shall be provided for the History Museum with updates to the piping and ductwork connections. Update to the BAS monitors and controls shall be provided.****** Magnitude of Construction estimate: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.****** Responses to this announcement are requested from (1) SBA certified Small Business HubZone firms; (2) Small Business firms certified by a Small Business Administration (SBA) district or regional office for participation in the 8(a)program; (3) Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned small Business firms; (4) Woman Owned Small Businesses; (5) Small Business; and (6) any firm eligible to compete in full and open competition.****** Interested firms shall submit: (1) NAME, ADDRESS, and PHONE NUMBER OF THE FIRM (including UEI NUMBER) (2) A CAPABILITY STATEMENT addressing the firm�s ability to perform the required work.
