- State: New Jersey City: Cherry Hill Delineated Area: Starting at the intersection of Route 537 and Haddonfield Rd, head east on Route 537 to Marter Ave. Turn south on Marter Ave to Union Mill Rd. Head southwest on Union Mill Rd to Mount Laurel Rd. Turn southeast on Mount Laurel Rd to Hainesport-Mount Laurel Rd. Head southwest on Hainesport-Mount Laurel Rd and continue southwest as it changes to Greentree Rd. At the intersection of Greentree and Route 73, head south on Route 73 to the intersection at Evesham Rd. Head west on Evesham Rd (Route 544) to Haddonfield-Berlin Rd (Route 561). Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. This is not a solicitation for offers or a request for proposals. The Government will not pay any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement.
