Description The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Office of Acquisition (FA) is seeking information on contractors interested in and capable of supporting its requirements of an integrated managed attribution and evidence collection system. At this time, this is all the information that will be released. Please see Section C Details to Follow and D Responses for specific details. C. Details to Follow Due to the sensitive nature of this requirement this RFI will be conducted through a multi-step process via email with details released through a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) process. Through this RFI, DEA is seeking any capable vendor that can currently provide command and control plus data mediation for the exploitation of mobile devices with an offensive cybersecurity toolset. This is the only RFI information being released publicly at this time. In order to prequalify to receive additional information, the vendor must follow the below steps: 1. If you are interested in receiving additional details for this requirement, please submit the following information: a. Companys detailed capabilities statement directly relating to command and control plus data mediation for the exploitation of mobile devices. The capability statement will need to contain information and capability requirements to fit the scope of this requirement. *Proprietary information, if any, should be minimized and MUST be clearly marked.* b. Companys relevant past experiences within the last three (3) years relating to the scope requirement. c. Companys SAM registration. d. Companys business size and socioeconomic standards. 2. The Government specialists will review the package submission from this RFI. a. If the package demonstrates the capability of the scope of this requirement, the vendor will be provided Individual Non-Disclosure Agreements to sign and return. These will be provided on an individual basis and not companywide. b. If the package does not demonstrate the capability of the scope of this requirement, the Government will acknowledge receipt of the package and retain a copy of the information for future procurements most relevant to the company capability and experience. 3. All NDAs will need to be signed and returned to the Government personnel identified. Upon return and receipt of the signed document, the Government will reach out with additional questions/topics to discuss this requirement in more detail. D. Responses All interested parties must be registered in the Systems Award Management, www.SAM.gov. This request is open to all business sizes; however, small businesses are encouraged to respond. Once all responses are evaluated, the companies who submitted information will be notified if they are pre-qualified to receive an NDA and hold additional conversations. No questions will be accepted at this time. Interested vendors are encouraged to submit all requested information to Kenny Douangmala @ Kenny.J.Douangmala@dea.gov by December 5, 2024 at 10:00 AM EST with the subject D-25-OD-0002 in the email.
