- Description
- This Request for Quote, W91CRB-25-Q-5000, is to fulfill a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement on behalf of the CECOM Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD). This requirement is for the procurement of MINI REMOTE ANSWER BACK SYSTEM (MINI RABS). This requirement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Businesses ONLY utilizing NAICS 334220 with a size standard of one-thousand two hundred and fifty (1250) employees. The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), an agency of the Government, has a requirement for the procurement of a quantity twelve This procurement is a country directed requirement for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case GG-B-UEA, for the country of Georgia. The Government anticipates the issuance of a commercial Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract as a result of subject synopsis/solicitation. The anticipated date of award to be determined but no later than 31 December 2024. All supplies/services are requested to be proposed upon and specified by the offeror as seen below: CLIN 0001 The contractor shall deliver twelve (12) Mini RABS (Remote Answer Back System) each consisting of: Item/NSN DESCRIPTION QTY Item #: 800-0511 TX140 Control Unit (c/w Canvas bag) 1 NSN: 6920-99-938-2346 Item #:800-0510 RX140 Remote Firing Unit 1 NSN: 6920-99-219-5078 Item #: 800-0556 CX140 Control Unit Charger 1 NSN: 6130-99-573-5918 Item #: CRIM-MSCC Carry Case (COTS) ID 29x18x11 or similar 1 NSN:N/A Other Information/Requirements: 1. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to ensure that their Offer is compliant with ALL provisions of the FAR and its supplements. The Government MAY, but is not obligated to, consider an Offer that is non-compliant with any provision of the FAR and its supplements. Furthermore, the Government is NOT required to inform any Offeror that their Offer is non-compliant with the FAR or any of its supplements. Failure of an Offer to comply with any provision of the FAR and its supplements may result in the Offeror being deemed non-responsive to the solicitation. 2. The Government�s Details of Delivery Location and Inspection and Acceptance are as follows: CLIN 0001-FMS Case GG-B-UEA: Place of delivery TBD Inspection and Acceptance at Origin: FOB Origin 3. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered by the Contracting Officer. The offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and include the assigned Unique Entity Identification code with quote submission. 4. **Offerors SHALL include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with their response. Additionally, Offerors shall provide a completed copy of 52.204-24 and 52.204-26 with their response.** 5. Any questions are to be submitted in writing to Angela H. McFillin, Contract Specialist, via email to: angela.h.mcfillin.cov@army.mil and with copy to Contracting Officer, Aqua M. Jefferson, aqua.m.jefferson.civ@army.mil . The closing date for submission of ALL questions is no later than 02:00PM EST on 25 November 2024. 6. The offeror shall submit their quote via email to Angela H. McFillin, Contract Specialist, to: angela.h.mcfillin.cov@army.mil ,by 02:00PM � EST-U.S. 16 December 2024. An email confirmation from the contract specialist must be received to be considered submitted. 7. The Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award of a Federal contract.
