Description
Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Copenhagen, Denmark will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The purpose of the solicitation will be to obtain mobile phone services to the U.S. Embassy in Copenhagen, Denmark. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with two (2) one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract under which firm-fixed price task orders will be placed for services. The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be specified in the solicitation. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database (https://www.sam.gov) prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. In preparation for a solicitation, we would like to bring your attention a crucial requirement outlined in the DOSAR 652.242-73. This requirement mandates that all vendors possess the necessary licenses and permits to conduct business in Denmark. It is essential to ensure compliance with all Danish regulations and legalities to operate successfully in the country. Specifically, the Danish Tax authorities expect businesses to obtain a CVR number and fulfill VAT obligations. You should review local laws before submitting a quotation. Electronic Submission/Responses: This opportunity allows for electronic responses. Please submit your offer prior to the response date and time. Please ensure your email with your offer does not exceed 30 MB, if it does then you might have to send more than one email.
