U.S. GOVERNMENT seeks to lease the following office space through the Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP): City: La Plata State: Maryland Delineated Area: North: Starting at the intersection of Routes 229 and 227, go east on Marshall Corner Rd to Route 301, northeast on Route 301 to Route 5, southeast on Route 5 to Poplar Hill Rd, east on Poplar Hill Rd to Dr Samuel mudd Rd, south on Dr Samuel Mudd Rd to Woodville Rd, southeast on Woodville Rd to Route 381 East: Go south on Route 381 to Route 231, east on Route 231 to Route 5, south on Route 5 to Route 236, southwest on Route 236 to Route 234 South: Go west on Route 234 to Route 301. West: Go north on Route 301 to Chapel Point Rd, north on Chapel Point Rd to Causeway Rd, west on Causeway Rd to Port Tobacco Rd Route 6, west on Port Tobacco Rd to Rose Hill Rd, north on Rose Hill Rd to Marshall Corner Rd, back to the start at the intersection of Routes 229 and 227 Minimum ABOA Square Feet: 4,690 Maximum ABOA Square Feet: 4,925 Space Type: Office Lease Term: Ten (10) years, Five (5) years firm, Five (5) year renewal option Offerors are encouraged to submit rates for all terms available in the AAAP for consideration against future GSA requirements.
