- RLP Procurement Summary Department of Veterans Affairs U.S. GOVERNMENT Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Florida City: Palm Bay Delineated Area: North: W Gaille Blvd South: Grant RD East: US 1 West: I-95 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 18,121 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 19,486 Space Type: Medical - CBOC Parking Spaces (Total): 132 Parking Spaces (Surface): 132 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: The space be located on the first floor IT Room must have a separate AC System with redundancy unit. IT/Server Room must be climate-controlled Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as [100-year] floodplain).
