- RLP Procurement Summary GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: This acquisition is being conducted using simplified procedures. Please refer to the Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) package attached to this notice for instructions on submitting an offer. A tour of properties will not be conducted prior to offers being received State: GA City: Berkeley Lake Delineated Area: NORTH: HWY 141 WEST: HWY 140 SOUTH: I-285 EAST: PLEASANT HILL RD. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,735 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,735 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 31 Parking Spaces (Surface): 31 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 120 Firm Term: 120 Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: OFFERED SPACE MUST BE LOCATED ON ONE CONTIGUOUS FLOOR. PARKING: THE PARKING-TO-SQUARE-FOOT RATIO AVAILABLE ON SITE SHALL AT LEAST MEET CURRENT LOCAL CODE REQUIREMENTS AND IF THERE IS NO CONTROLLING LOCAL CODE, THE PARKING RATIO WILL BE 1 PARKING SPACE PER 200 SQUARE FEET OF LEASED SPACE. ADEQUATE EATING AND BANKING FACILITIES SHALL BE LOCATED WITHIN THE IMMEDIATE VICINITY OF THE BUILDING, BUT GENERALLY NOT EXCEEDING A DRIVABLE 2 MILES, AS DETERMINED BY THE LCO. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
