The Indian Health Service, Northern Navajo Medical Center, U.S. Hwy 491 North, Shiprock NM, 87420 has an upcoming requirement for Preventive Maintenance Services for Stretchers. The Period of Performance is twelve (12) months with an option of 2 years. The estimated deliver dates: 11/25/2024 to 11/24/2025 Option 1 Period of Performance: 11/25/2025 to 11/24/2026 Option 2 Period of Performance: 11/2525/2026 to 11/24/2027 The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 339113 � Surgical Appliance and Supplies with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. The Request for Quotations No. IHS150234 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by November 15, 2024. Evaluation factors may include the quoter�s technical approach to meet or exceed the government�s requirement as described in the Statement of Work, narrative descriptions of a minimum of three (3) past projects of similar or same complexity within the past five (5) years, and pricing information in sufficient detail. Quotes will be due on or by November 26, 2024. The acquisition is a Total �Open Market� (Unrestricted).
