- The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract to C.Q.R.IT USA INC. UEI: KFCUQ34M9XQ5. Located at 5500 Greenwood Plaza Blvd Ste 130 Greenwood Village, CO 80111. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source. The period of performance is for a 12-month period (base year) and four option years (renewable yearly). The NAICS code is 513210, Software Publishers. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. However, any firm that believes it can meet these requirements may submit a written response via email to Arielle Lifto at the email address below by 8:00 AM Central Standard Time on November 20, 2024. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Including a letter of authorization from the OEM. Information received will be considered; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the VA will proceed with the sole source award to C.Q.R.IT USA INC. The anticipated award date of this requirement is December 15, 2024.
