- *****SOURCES SOUGHT FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY**** Sources Sought Announcement for DoDEA Minor Construction in Germany, Italy, Belgium, and the United Kingdom The purpose of this Sources Sought is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of contractors who have the capabilities to complete a project of similar magnitude and scope. The Government must ensure there is adequate competition among potential pool of responsible contractors. Prior Government contract work is not required for submitting a response under this Sources Sought announcement. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: In order to be considered for award, your firm must be registered and active in the System for Award Management. Further instructions and information can be found here: https://sam.gov/content/entity-registration. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Germany, Italy, Belgium, and the United Kingdom. ANTICIPATED PROJECT TITLE: BAS-25-0009 DoDEA Playgrounds and Minor Construction. ACQUISITION INFORMATION: USACE NAU anticipates soliciting and awarding an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) Design-Build (DB) Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to provide quick response for facility repair, renovation, conversion, alteration, additions, construction, the procurement/installation of equipment for schools and minor construction, in support of DODEA Schools in Germany, Italy, Belgium, and the United Kingdom. The anticipated period of performance of the IDIQ will be a five-year ordering period. The IDIQ will expire at the end of the ordering period or when the maximum capacity is reached, whichever comes first. The IDIQ may be a single-award (SATOC) or multiple-award (MATOC) and would cover all countries under one IDIQ, or separate countries under individual IDIQs. Currently, the Government intends to announce the solicitation around December of 2024 or January of 2025 and anticipates contract award in May or June of 2025. Interested parties will be afforded an opportunity to visit the site at a pre-proposal conference (to be announced). The anticipated maximum IDIQ capacity is $90M. The anticipated magnitude of task order values is between $100,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. HOW TO RESPOND TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT: If you are interested in this project, you must submit a brief capabilities statement. Your submission must not exceed five pages and all contents must be in English. Your submission must address the following and be submitted no later than 1 December at 1400 Central European Time (CET): -Company name, address, CAGE code, UEI number, and point of contact with phone number and e-mail address. -Capabilities Statement (including at minimum the information below): Evidence of bonding capability: Name of Surety, Single and Aggregate Contract Amounts Firm�s capability to perform contract(s) of this magnitude and complexity (simultaneously) within the past six years to include the following information: Projects working with the U.S. Government Brief description of projects to include (no more than five projects): Location Experience with multiple concurrent projects and involving various trades/disciplines Prime or subcontractor Customer name Timeliness of performance Customer satisfaction Dollar value of the project -Please submit responses for this Sources Sought Notice to Andy Cochran at andrew.a.cochran@usace.army.mil and Ryan Fernandez at ryandale.r.fernandez@usace.army.mil.
