Description
This is a Sources Sought Notice only. It is neither a solicitation nor a request for a quote or invitation for bid and it does not obligate the Government to award a contract. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The Government will not pay nor reimburse any costs of preparing this response. The purpose of this notice is for market research purposes only and to make appropriate acquisition decisions to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541690 - Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services with a size standard of $19.0 million dollars. The Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO-8), VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS) is seeking a qualified business to provide Respirator Fit Testing and Training Services across multiple locations in Puerto Rico, including San Juan, Utuado, Comerio, Arecibo, Guayama, Ceiba, and Vieques, as well as in the U.S. Virgin Islands, specifically Saint Croix and Saint Thomas. The selected provider must demonstrate the capability to deliver comprehensive services such as quantitative and qualitative fit testing, training on respirator selection and maintenance, hazard assessments, and compliance with OSHA standards. Additionally, the provider should have qualified staff and appropriate equipment to conduct both on-site and off-site training in English and Spanish, ensuring high-quality service delivery across all specified municipalities. Concerns may respond by submitting qualifications letter including the following information: Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Phone Number, FAX, Email, System for Award Management (SAM) Unique Identifier Code (UEI), Socio-Economic Category i.e.,(SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, etc.) and Capability Statement specific to the technical requirements. Provide evidence your firm can provide the requested services to include past and/or current contract for the same requirements and any other compelling evidence to help the Government determine your company capabilities. To be eligible, prospective offerors must be registered in the SAM Internet site, https://sam.gov/content/home. Responses to this notice shall be sent via email to Eunice Bones at eunice.bones@va.gov no later than 16:00 PM EST on November 22, 2024. Telephone and facsimile response will not be considered. When responding via email ensure the subject line is titled with 36C24825Q0119 Respirator Fit Testing and Training Services. No Other information is available at this time.
