Description

Notice Type: Presolicitation Notice Subject:�Provide Digital Radio Trunking Services This solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of�the United States�in�New Delhi, India requires the services of a contractor to provide�Digital Radio Trunking Services to American Embassy New Delhi and its Consulates in India for its Emergency Radio Program. Embassy will release a solicitation on the System for Award Management �( SAM.gov https://sam.gov/content/home ) website when it is available. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity (IDIQ) for a base year with one (01), one-year renewal option, under which firm fixed-price delivery orders will be placed. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database�https://sam.gov/content/home , prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of proposals. The Government plans to issue the solicitation on or about�4th week of November 2024. The proposal due date will be set forth in the solicitation.
