Presolicitation Notice/Advertisement GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: NM City: Las Cruces Delineated Area: Northern Boundary: From the intersection of N Valley Road and Thorpe Road, traveling northeast on Thorpe Road, turning right and traveling southeast on Del Rey Boulevard, turning left and traveling east on Settlers Pass, continuing north on Settlers Pass, turning right and traveling east on Dos Vistas Avenue, continuing northeast on Arena Drive, turning right and traveling east on Las Colinas Drive to the intersection of Las Colinas Drive and Sonoma Ranch Boulevard. Eastern Boundary: From the intersection of Las Colinas Drive and Sonoma Ranch Boulevard, traveling south on Sonoma Ranch Boulevard, turning left and traveling east on Dripping Springs Road to the intersection of Dripping Springs Road and Tellbrook Arroyo. Southern Boundary: From the intersection of Dripping Springs Road and Tellbrook Arroyo, traveling south on Tellbrook Arroyo, continuing west on Aggie Rodeo Drive, continuing west on Tellbrook Road, turning right and traveling north on Las Alturas Drive, turning left and traveling west on Cholla Road, turning right and traveling northwest on Stern Drive, turning left and traveling west on San Francisco Street, turning right and traveling north on Tigua, turning left and traveling west on Tortugas Drive, turning left and traveling south on Main Street, turning right and traveling west on Carver Road to the intersection of Carver Road and Lou Henson Highway.
