- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:�Charlottesville City:�Virginia Delineated Area:� Northern Boundary: Rio Road W to Rio Road E to Park Street to 250 Bypass Eastern Boundary:�250 Bypass to Interstate 64 Southern Boundary: Interstate 64 to 29 Bypass Expressway Western Boundary: 29 Bypass Expressway to Barracks Road to Georgetown Road to Hydraulic Road to Rio Road W Map also attached Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�3,123 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�3,280 ABOA SF Space Type:�Office & related Parking Spaces (Total):�Four (4) reserved parking spaces� Full Term:�15 years Firm Term:�10 years Option Term:�NA Additional Requirements:� Contiguous space on one floor is required. Offered buildings/properties are subject to a risk/vulnerability assessment. The outcome of the assessment may result in the building not being considered. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year�] floodplain).
