Should proposed training dates not work due to Veterans Affairs scheduling conflicts or other reasons, Veterans Affairs Point of Contact (POC) provided at time of award, will work with the vendor to reschedule proposed training schedule. It is expected that up to thirty (30) employees will attend each class. Veterans Affairs will provide a training classroom environment with access to projectors. Classrooms will be scheduled by Veterans Affairs POC once tentative dates have been confirmed awarded vendor. Access to the facility will be provided by Veterans Affairs POC for training equipment set up in advance, by scheduling with the POC. No special requirements for language translations are known at this time. There are no special needs employees within the group that needs to be trained. A professional looking certificate of course completion is required for each specific employee that is trained. Exam results will be emailed to the Veterans Affairs POC upon completion of the entire contract. Payment will be processed upon completion of the entire contract. Veterans Affairs will work with vendor to rescheduled proposed training dates that do not work or if conflicts arise due to inclement weather or emergencies that prevent training from occurring as scheduled. POC contacts will be provided upon contract award. Veterans Affairs will not provide travel, lodging or meals for trainers.
