- This is a Request for Information / Sources Sought. No Quotes are requested at this time. The Missouri National Guard is only seeking capabilites of interested vendors for the purpose of market research. Interested vendors are requested to provide a brief capability statement, their CAGE Code, points of contact and if available any previous government contracts for subsistance. The Missouri National Guard (MONG) is contimplating a Subsistence Prime Vendor Indefinete Delivery / Indefinate Quantity (IDIQ), a multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement or a Basic Ordering Agreement, and conducting market research to support it's acqusition strategy. The purpose of this contract is to�supply and distribute various subsistance items and boxed meals requested by the MONG selected from the MONG 21 Day Menu. Estimated annual spening is $250,000. Interested Vendors would need to have the capability to supply the following broad categories of items: 1. Chilled Products 2. Frozen Fish, Meat, Poultry 3. Semi-perishable Food Items, e.g. canned foods, condiments, sauces, spices, seasonings, fats, oils, confectionery, nuts, sugars, etc. 4. Frozen Foods, e.g. fruits, vegetables, prepared foods other than fish, meat, and Poultry. 5. Fresh Fruits and Vegetables 6. Cereals (hot and cold) 7. Eggs 8. Dairy and Ice Cream Products 9. Beverages and Juices 10. Bakery Products 11. Prepared food box Lunches In additon to being able to provide these items, interested vendors must also demonstrate the capability to deliver to multiple locations accross the state of Missouri. Delivery locations include Jefferson City, Poplar Bluff, Whiteman Airforce Base, Warrensburg, Festus, Pierce City, Neosho, Nevada, Excello, and Wappapello. The frequency of these deliveries will vary depending on the needs of the MONG, ranging from monthly deliveries to multiple times in a month. Vendors should have the logisitcal capacity to meet this delivery schedule to be able to support the needs of the Missouri National Guard.� Interested Vendors shall accept by Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Due to FAR 9.104-2 any interested vendor would need to inspected in accordance with agency sanitation standards and procedures. Thus the Missouri National Guard is not contemplating awarding any contract to a vendor that does not own or operate their own subsistence distribution business.
