- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation�for�commercial products�or�commercial services�prepared in accordance with the format in�subpart� 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only�solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written�solicitation�will not be issued. This is an Open Market RFP. The Government intends to award multiple award indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts as a result of this solicitation. Resulting task orders (TOs) may be firm-fixed price (FFP), time and materials (T&M) or Labor Hour (LH) or a combination of two or more listed contract types. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and/or commercial services. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and Part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation.
