The Government proposes to acquire on a One Time Buy, Firm Fixed Price contract for a quantity of eight,(8) each of Laser PFN Optical B, NSN: 1430-01-308-7006, Part Number: 2988771-1 applicable to the Avenger� weapon system. This item is Sole Source to Vertex Modernization and Sustainment LLC. The Contractor First Article Test requires one each of Laser PFN Optical B to be tested 360 days after contract award.�
