- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, �Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Services,� as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation number is�N00244-25-R-0006. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through latest Federal Acquisition Circular and DFARS change notices. This solicitation is issued as 100% small business set aside.�NAICS Code 483211�Inland Water Freight Transportation and business size is 1,050 employees. The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 29 October 2024 11:00 AM Pacific Standard Time.
