Title: Reagent Dispenser ID: SS-NIAID-25-2232571 Post Date:� October 15, 2024 Response Date: October 25, 2024 Classification Code: 6640 NAICS: 334516 This is a Sources Sought notice for domestically manufactured products only. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. Per the Buy American Act and Executive Order 14005, the National Institutes of Allergy & Infectious Disease (NIAID) is seeking information for domestically manufactured products only, Per the requirements under the Buy American Act and requirements relating to Executive Order 14005 entitled: �Ensuring the Future is Made in All of America by All of America�s Workers�, in the event that a nonavailability waiver request submitted through the Made in America Office (MIAO)�s Digital Waiver Portal is required."" Respondents must certify in capabilities statement that products are manufactured in the United States. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all U.S manufactured products that are equal to the following product: Reagent Dispenser Specifications: Must include the ability to custom plate addition. Must utilizes a high precision peristaltic pump for continuous and fast dispensing Must Dispense volume: 0.5 - 2500?l in 0.5?l increments at the lower volumes. Must programmable volume range and column selection. Must capability for 6 � 1536 well plates. Must automatic height adjustment for different plate types. Must Internal software to program and 100 program storage capability. Dispensing Speed: Small Cassettes 4 sec/20?l into 96 wells 5 sec/1?l into 384 wells 8 sec/5?l into 384 wells 12 sec/10?l into 384 wells 20 sec/20?l into 384 wells Dispensing Speed: Large Cassettes 3 sec/10?l into 96 wells 4 sec/20?l into 96 wells 10 sec/100?l into 96 wells sec/300?l into 96 wells Dispensing Accuracy: Small Cassettes 2?l = +/- 10% 10?l = +/- 5% >10?l = +/- 5% Dispensing Accuracy: Large Cassettes 5?l=+/-3% 2?l = CV 5%� >100?l = +/- 1% Dispensing Precision: Small Cassettes 0.5?l = CV 10% �2?l = CV 5% �10?l = CV 3% >10?l = CV 3% Dispensing Precision: Large Cassettes 5?l = CV 10% 20?l = CV 1.5% >100?l = CV 1% All reagents can be back-flushed to the reagent bottle to minimize loss of expensive reagent All cassettes are individually tested and guaranteed for every unit; calibration certificates are provided with each cassette to meet regulatory requirements Autoclavable dispensing cassette ensures sterility and eliminates cross- contamination Must up to 8 different reagents can be dispensed simultaneously Capability Statement/Information Sought All capable vendors should respond with a brief capability statement demonstrating an equal product that is manufactured in the United States by October 25, 2024, by 12:00 PM EST. Capabilities statement must also include the following information: 1) organization name, address, point of contact, email address, website address, telephone number, UE ID# with an active SAM.gov registration, and a tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of capability. Submission Instructions Interested businesses who consider themselves qualified to provide an equal product that is manufactured in the United States for the above-listed product are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice by October 25, 2024, by 12:00 PM EST.
