Description

Contractor must provide a venue to host a three (3) day off-site PSA Strategic Planning Conference for Bargaining Unit Employees within a 15-mile radius (DC, Maryland, or Virginia) of PSA�s office located at 633 Indiana Avenue, NW,Washington, DC. Venues must be within 0.5 miles walking distance from public transportation (Metro-rail station, bus, etc.) to perform this requirement. The Conference must occur on three (3) consecutive days; Wednesday, November 6, 2024, Thursday, November 7, 2024 and� Friday, November 8, 2024 Note:Time: 7:00 AM to 6 PM is for all three days. Approximately 90 participants will be attendance. See Attachment# A - Statement of Work (SOW) for�PSA Strategic Planning Conference for Bargaining Unit Employees Contractor must meet the Technical Evaluation Requirements for Award under Section M of the SOL# 959P0025Q0001. Quote due date: Friday, October 25, 2024 by 10 AM (EST), to the following email addresses: gloria.robertson@psa.gov and tamara.brown@psa.gov. Please reference Solicitation Number 959P0025Q0001 on the subject line of the email. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing via email to: gloria.robertson@psa.gov.�The cut-off date and time for submitting questions is Friday, October 18, 2024 by 1 PM (EST), a response to all questions received will be provided by Amendment.
