Description: This is a new requirement to palletize, mark/label, pick up, transport and demilitarize/dispose of conventional munitions by a recognized industry standard method complying with all State and Federal laws for a variety of conventional munitions. �An approved industry standard method includes, where appropriate, flashing in the thermal treatment unit for pyrotechnics, detonation, etc. �Title (i.e. ownership) of components is transferred to the contractor for disposal when fully demilitarized. This will be a single award IDIQ contract.�
