Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Wyoming City: Lander Delineated Area: City Limits of Lander with extending to the South by taking the Western boundary of Hwy 131 South to Mortimore Lane, East on Mortimore Lane to Hwy 287, North on Hwy 287 to the City Limits of Lander, and extending the Northeastern boundary of Middle Fork Lane to run parallel with Little Dickenson Creek to the City Limits of Lander, and extending the Northwestern boundary of N 2nd St South to the City Limits of Lander. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,770 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,909 Space Type: Office (1,050 ABOA), Warehouse (1,500 ABOA), Special (220 ABOA) Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: 1 (one), 5-year Additional Requirements, space must: Accessible 24/7/365 Accommodate 4,000 SF wareyard Minimum 14� clear working height in the warehouse Maneuverability/circulation for trucks and trailers Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain).
