Please see attachments: Amendment 1� Attach. 1 - Salient Characteristics 22July24 The purpose of Amendment 2 is to cancel the solicitation for this requirement in its entirety due to budgetary constraints. Funding was not made available for this requirement, and the Government is cancelling this solicitation with intent to re-solicit in the next fiscal year. Please see attachment: Amendment 2
