This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� This procurement is a Total Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 333248 size standard of 750 employees. An Offeror�s submission of a quote does not constitute a contract or authorize work to begin.� This document is not legally binding and does not commit the US Government in any way.
