- The contractor shall provide delivery of Brand Name Smiths� IonScan 600 Explosives Detection System with associated supplies, equipment, and four-year warranty. See attached RFQ. Amendment 1: The Government is cancelling the solicitation for this requirement in its entirety due to budgetary constraints. Funding was not made available for this requirement, and the Government is cancelling this solicitation with intent to re-solicit in the next fiscal year.
