Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:� State: California City:� San Jose Delineated Area:� North: Highway 101 & Embarcadero Road East across bay to Interstate 880 & Dixon Landing Road� East:� Interstate 880 to 10th Street to Interstate 280� South:� Interstate 280� West: Highway 85 to Highway 101 to Embarcadero Road� Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):� �Warehouse/Flex Space: 1,500 ABOA, OR if Parking Garage:� 8 Parking Spaces Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):� Warehouse/Flex Space:� 3,000 ABOA, OR if Parking Garage: 8 Parking Spaces� Space Type:� Warehouse/Flex OR Parking Garage Parking Spaces (Total):� 0 Parking Spaces (Surface):� 0 Parking Spaces (Structured):� 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):� 0 Full Term:� 5 Years, or alternatively 10 Years Firm Term:� 5 Years, or alternatively 10 Years Option Term:� 5 Years (if a 5 Year Full Term) Additional Requirements: If Warehouse:� Must have a minimum of one ground level roll-up door, which must be no smaller than an 8� x 8�, and one door for pedestrian access.� Foundation must be able to accommodate weights at least 75 lbs./square foot� � If Parking Garage:� Parking spaces must be contiguous. Ability to install a secure cage around the parking spaces with vehicle and pedestrian gates/doors.� �Available power and fiber to the area.� Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is not required.� Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain).
