- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:��California City:��Stockton Delineated Area: Stockton City Limits Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):��4,201 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):��5,000 Space Type:��Office Parking Spaces (Total):��12 Parking Spaces (Surface):��12 Parking Spaces (Reserved):��12 Full Term:��15 Years Firm Term:��10 Years Additional Requirements: Offered space can be on the top floor if there is no rooftop access. The building shall be no less than 300 feet from residential, no less than 400 feet from a school or day care, and no less than 1,000 feet from places of worship, hospitals, prisons, abortion clinics, and mental health clinics. 24-hour access to the building and secured parking is required. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain).
