South: Standiford Avenue to Beckwith Road to Hammett Road to Hwy 99 (Golden State Hwy) to Main Street to S Stockton Avenue to Main Street to W Main Street to W Ripon Road to Airport Way. West: Airport Way to Hwy 120 to San Joaquin River to White Slough to Eight Mile Road. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):��4,201 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):��5,000 Space Type:��Office Parking Spaces (Total):��12 Parking Spaces (Surface):��12 Parking Spaces (Reserved):��12 Full Term:��15 Years Firm Term:��10 Years Additional Requirements: Offered space cannot be on the first floor or below the first floor.
